Spencer Fosnaugh has been a leader in the construction field for over fifteen years. He started Southern California Finest with the vision to provide southern California with craftsmanship that cares. It is a type of craftsmanship that aims to exceed every expectation, and as a result give our customers that “wow factor.” He was born and raised in Agoura Hills California and considers SoCal his lifelong home.
